Chief Financial Officer
Ogeday Topcular holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Lancaster University in the UK. He started his career in the banking sector in Turkey at 1997. After working as a trader at Garanti Bank, he joined the Leasing & Factoring firm as a Finance Manager and lead the corporate financing department. He moved to Geneva, Switzerland in 2003 to a portfolio management company, RAM Capital, to develop the Fund Management arm. In 2005, he became the head of the Asset Management department, where he had overall responsibility for Fund and Portfolio management activities as well as the risk management. Throughout his role, he was involved in financing various Real Estate projects mainly in Europe and Asia for his clientele. He continued this role till 2017 where he became the partner of the firm in 2007. Ogeday also acted as a Board Member in different financial companies and startups. After moving to Dubai in 2017, he incorporated his consultancy company to consult on corporate financing for the companies in different sectors. He joined IRTH Group as a CFO in 2023. He is responsible for directing the organisation’s overall financial strategy and driving success for financial and business plans.

Ozhan Kalkan

Head of Operations
Ozhan Kalkan joined IRTH Group in 2023 as Head of Operations. Ozhan, an integral part of the team, brings over 20 years of hospitality and real estate experience. Highly skilled in operations management, strategic planning, and process development, Ozhan leads the operational teams and oversees IRTH’s internal and external operations across Project Handover, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and HR divisions. In his previous stints, he was associated with leading and reputed hospitality and real estate brands. Ozhan plays a crucial role in infusing dynamism and shaping the company’s strategy. In addition to maintaining operational excellence, his leadership skills foster positive thinking, teamwork, and strong work culture.

Mohammed Atef is the Head of Construction at IRTH, bringing over 14 years of extensive project management experience to the role. He excels in contracts administration, change management, dispute resolution, and dispute avoidance. In his capacity at IRTH, and as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mohammed implements project management skills over different aspects of the project, including without limitation time, cost, risk, and procurement, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards.
