Transitioning into real estate in a reputable developer as a Relationship Manager, he demonstrated a keen ability to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams. His expertise spans multiple sectors, and with a proven track record of success, Tarek is committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering lasting business relationships, making him a vital asset to the organization.

Baris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of solid Contract, Commercial, and Procurement Management experience across a wide range of construction projects in the UAE and KSA. He has a proven track record in both contractor-side and client-facing roles, successfully delivering large-scale, complex developments through the end-to-end management of internationally based, multi-disciplinary teams.

His strong commercial acumen and ability to clearly understand project and client requirements have consistently enabled the successful completion of major projects on time and within approved budgets. Baris is recognized for his pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to risk management, contract administration, procurement strategy, and commercial negotiations.
At IRTH, Baris leads the Commercial and Procurement departments, overseeing contract strategy, tendering, negotiations, and post-award commercial management across the Group’s development and contracting portfolio. He plays a key role in establishing robust commercial frameworks, optimizing procurement outcomes, and ensuring effective risk allocation in support of the company’s strategic objectives.

Ismail is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Director with 20 years of extensive experience navigating high-pressure, fast-paced construction environments. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex HR operations and very large-scale workforces across the UAE, Kuwait, and Türkiye.

Ismail has a proven track record of leading HR functions for landmark developments. His portfolio includes managing HR Operations of The Palm Shoreline Apartments project, Boulevard Plaza project in Dubai and the DTS T-01 project in Abu Dhabi (Samsung C&T), Small Boats Harbour project in Kuwait with STFA. During his tenure at TAV Construction, he also oversaw HR for iconic Dubai towers such as Marina 101, Damac Towers by Paramount, The Address Residences and IL Primo.

In his role at IRTH, Ismail is responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations across both the PMC and Contracting divisions, ensuring that strategic human capital management drives the group’s operational excellence. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Bilgi University.

Deepak is a Chartered Safety Practitioner with extensive experience leading Safety, Health, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) strategy for client and PMC-led developments. As HSSE Director at IRTH, he supports the organization’s commitment to sustainable development by integrating HSSE principles seamlessly across design, construction, and asset operations.

His role focuses on establishing robust governance frameworks, assurance systems, and leadership-driven risk management that protect people while enhancing project certainty, quality, and long-term asset value. I bring broad experience across High-Rise and Vertical Developments, Major Infrastructure, and complex project environments, with oversight spanning the full project lifecycle.

Having held senior leadership roles on both Client and Contractor sides, He enables effective collaboration between developers, PMCs, consultants, and delivery partners, ensuring consistent standards, clear accountability, and informed decision-making at all levels. He has served as an IOSH Chair and led HSSE excellence initiatives recognized by the British Safety Council. His leadership emphasizes behavioural safety, workforce wellbeing, transparency, and continuous improvement, positioning HSSE as a core pillar of IRTH’s sustainable and resilient development vision.

Bahaa Eskander is a seasoned Quality Leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 15 years in strategic management roles across the UAE and internationally. He is widely recognized for his ability to integrate quality excellence with project performance, ensuring strict compliance with international standards and specialized Quality Management Systems.

Bahaa’s extensive expertise spans high-rise developments, luxury hotels, and mixed-use projects, covering the full project lifecycle from infrastructure and substructure to façade and finishing works. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, effectively balancing corporate quality objectives with on-site delivery demands while managing risk and performance metrics.

As Quality Director and Head of the Quality Department at IRTH, Bahaa ensures that all developments consistently meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and craftsmanship. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, he upholds best practices to deliver world-class living experiences that reflect the group’s vision and commitment to excellence.
