Fathi Kamal Abdullah is a highly qualified and experienced MEP professional with deep expertise in Mechanical Design, Management and Execution. He has over 20 years of work experience and holds a BSc., MCIBSE, MIET, among other certifications in Mechanical Engineering.

Fathi has established a solid track record in providing leadership as well as delivering technically robust and innovative MEP design solutions for new and existing diverse portfolio of projects in the UAE, including SLS Hotel & Residences, Emaar South Development, Palm Sofitel Resort, Bloom Gardens and more.
In his current position as Head of MEP at IRTH Group, Fathi brings valuable expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to this vital role. He leads and engages in the design, planning, supervision, execution, and installation of MEP systems. He applies a scientific and analytical approach and analytical skills across various stages of concept design, feasibility studies, detailed design, construction documents, and site execution – collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence.

Arif Moulvi is a senior professional and strategic leader, bringing 30 years of rich international experience in Project Development, Management, Planning and Execution across a diverse portfolio, including high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, hospitality, leisure and entertainment, malls, and pavilions for EXPO. Pursuing CIOB Chartered membership, Arif has studied Civil Engineering and holds an MBA in Operations Management. In his previous roles, Arif has led the execution and delivery of high-end real estate and leisure destinations from inception to completion, including Sofitel, Ritz Carlton, and Boardwalk, among others. At IRTH, Arif heads the Interior Design department. He is responsible to oversee the development and management of project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met while managing the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor selection, to ensure that project requirements are met. With his strategic vision and planning skills, Arif fosters a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project teams and across the organization.

Nigel D’Souza is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in building high-performing teams across industries such as FMCG, Financial Services, Executive Search, and Real Estate Development. Known for his strategic approach, Nigel specializes in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive impactful results.
Throughout his career, Nigel has held key roles with industry-leading organizations, including Dubai Properties, Aldar Properties PJSC, Emaar Group, and most recently, DarGlobal PLC. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of talent management and the ability to shape dynamic teams for global organizations.
As the Head of Human Resources at IRTH Group, Nigel leads efforts to cultivate a culture of trust, agility, and innovation. His focus on building strong partnerships and anticipating workforce needs has been instrumental in unlocking both individual and organizational potential.

Mohamed Nassir is a seasoned digital transformation expert with over 20 years of experience in leading IT strategy, projects, and performance for different business functions across diverse sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail.

With an MBA in MIS from Swiss Business School, Nassir has a strong background in leading and implementing innovative digital solutions and leveraging technology to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and foster business growth.

At IRTH, Nassir heads the IT department with a vision of driving digital innovation and systems efficiency across the company. He will facilitate the seamless integration of the ERP system to optimize business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, leading the IT operations, developing IT strategies, projects, and performance metrics, enforcing right policies and procedures, and providing training on operational effectiveness across departments.
